The advent of technological revolution has rendered more than 75 million jobs or careers obsolete, according to the latest report by the world economic forum – a Geneva-based lobbyist which has also identified that 58 million new jobs have been birthed as a result.
Below are some of the careers created from the advancement of robotics and artificial intelligence and will be depended on in the future.
Data Analysts and Scientists
Professionals in these fields are generally computer gurus or specialists with deep understanding and knowledge in science and mathematics and are ranked as one of the areas that will continue to represent in-demand, high-paying jobs in the future according to the latest predictions by the World Economic Forum.
Typically, a data scientist predicts the future based on past patterns whereas a data analyst merely curates or makes meaningful insights and sense from the obtained data. Normally such data would include investment future trends.
Al and Machine Learning Specialists
Artificial intelligence (AI) is the imitation of human intelligence processes that are performed by machines, especially computer systems. Such specialists apply such skills in engineering and computer science to create technologies and software programs that can think for themselves.
On the other hand, a machine learning specialist or engineer is a trained professional specialized in developing machine learning, a branch of computer science that focuses on developing algorithms which can “learn” from or adapt to the data and make predictions.
