Singaporian firm eyes Machakos County for its Multi-billion housing project

Singaporian firm, AFRA Holdings Pte Ltd through its subsidiary, Singapura Developers has announced plans to undertake an ambitious multibillion affordable housing project in Mavoko, Machakos County in partnership with Habitat Housing Cooperative Society Limited.

The housing project will see the development of 8,888 units of affordable luxury housing over a period of 36 months with the first phase to see completion within 18 months and subsequently completing the remaining 6 phases every 3 months to make a total of 7 phases.
