Human resource and leadership consulting firm formally opened its doors after two years of testing the waters.
Coined, Rise and Learn, the firm is a one stop shop for HR related organizational needs and individuals’ personal growth designed to impact lives and multiplying impact by delivering quality, practical, relevant and agile learning programs – and is driven by the purpose to create jobs for the youth in Kenya by developing and creating entrepreneurial mindsets.
Emily Osoro, a director with Rise and Learn said the company who has picked Mercer Africa as its representatives in Kenya for HR consulting projects, will aim to thrive in HR development and outsourcing services.
“We must harness the creativity, dynamism and energy of the youth to create job opportunities and build their capacity to do so. We aspire to be a contributor to this agenda through various Human resource development and outsourcing services,” she said.
The company is also looking at working with SMEs in Kenya to enhance their Human Resource Development capabilities to drive job creation.

Rise & Learn has also identified other areas such as training for corporate firms, skill-based programs for higher institutions of learning, Human resource out-sousing for small scale businesspeople as well as HR consulting services in the area of health among others.
