Tatu City and its petrolhead partners at SPOT Tracking and TNL welcomed more than 300 cars and hundreds of auto-enthusiasts to the first-ever Tatu City Car Bazaar.
The largest car bazaar north of Nairobi featured dealers and individual sellers. The covid-compliant, family-friendly event also included plenty of fun for children, who sampled Tatu City’s smooth tarmac on skates.
“Our mission is to bring a fully-fledged, full-service car expo to the north side of Nairobi, with plenty of space for auto-enthusiasts at Tatu City,” said Paul Kimani, Managing Director of TNL and SPOT Tracking. “We are delighted with the turnout and will announce additional car bazaar dates soon.”
Tito Oduk, Commercial Sales Manager for Tatu City, said, “We have set aside 10 acres for the Tatu City Car Bazaar, and our reticulated traffic plan and parking for 1,000 cars ensures hassle free, large-scale events. We are pleased to partner with TNL and SPOT Tracking, both visionary companies in the transport and automotive space.”
Sunday’s event also included a flea market, bouncy castle and food court.
The Tatu City Car Bazaar in association with Spot and TNL was free for all visitors. Car sellers reserved their spaces for just KES 500.
