Clients signed up with listed insurance solutions provider Sanlam Kenya Plc’s Life subsidiary, are set to enjoy monthly loyalty rewards against their prompt premium payments.
In a unique loyalty scheme rolled out buy Sanlam Life, Life insurance policyholders, will earn monthly rewards in the just-unveiled Sanlam Premium Rewards programme.
Speaking when he confirmed the launch of the loyalty scheme, Sanlam Life Acting CEO Kevin Mworia said Sanlam Premium Rewards is an exclusive rewards programme for Sanlam Life Insurance clients. Club members, he said, will enjoy monthly discounts at local supermarkets, food outlets and pharmacies, as well as free round the clock access to Wellness benefits and Emergency support services.
“All our Sanlam Life Insurance policyholders qualify for the Sanlam Premium Rewards benefits every month, as long as their policy remains active,” Mworia said, adding that, “Sanlam Life clients paying their monthly premiums every month will access a life full of rewards as they keep earning monthly rewards.”
To deliver the Sanlam Premium Rewards Loyalty scheme, Sanlam Life has partnered with on-demand courier services provider Glovo and healthcare retailer Goodlife with more reward partners coming soon. The retailers are providing discount vouchers to be redeemed in-store or online for groceries, household and electronic products.
Active Sanlam Life Insurance policyholders qualify for the Premium Rewards benefits, which is effective every month from November 2020, as long as their policy remains active. They will receive their first monthly reward within 48 hours of the first successful premium collection. Consistent premium payments will also earn customers discount vouchers from select retailers as rewards for ongoing monthly payments.
Non-customers are encouraged to sign-up for a Sanlam Life Insurance policy to qualify for the Premium Rewards programme. All that is required is a monthly premium payment to keep the policy active and earn rewards monthly.
The Sanlam Premium Rewards Emergency and Wellness services are accessed via a dedicated Telephonic Assist Line (+254 20 513 8200) or e-mail (email@example.com).
The discount vouchers will be sent by SMS to qualifying policyholders, every month, within 48 hours of successful premium payment. Vouchers are redeemed online or in-store at the selected discount partner outlet.
The Premium Rewards benefits remain in force for as long as the customer policy is active. Should the policy lapse, the premium benefits access will expire.
