Kenya’s new car industry is on a track for a record – breaking year, if May total sales is anything to go by with 971 new cars sold between April 30 and May 30 this year buoyed by a double-digit sales surge last month.
The industry had sold a total of 3,183 total units between January 1 and April 30, according to the latest figures by the Kenya Motor Industry Association (KMIA).
