LG Electronics (LG) newly-appointed CEO for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, Phil Won Jung, recently visited Nairobi, Kenya, as part of his strategic mission to understand the East African market and strengthen partnerships in the region.
During his visit, Mr. Jung engaged with key stakeholders, business partners and distributors including Carrefour Hub, Opalnet and Hotpoint HQ to gain insights into the market’s unique opportunities and challenges. To achieve these goals, LG is focusing on increasing sales of premium products, including InstaView refrigerators, WashTower washing machines, and OLED TVs, while maintaining competitive pricing for entry-level models.
