Kenya’s Jenga Web Limited emerged the top marketing agency in Africa, winning in six categories during the 2015 African Property Awards held Thursday night in Dubai, UAE.
The agency won the Best Golf Development in Africa for the Aberdare Hills Golf Resort. The resort also bagged the 5 star award for best golf development in Kenya
The agency was announced as a winner in multiple categories at a gala event that brought together a host of Africa’s finest developers, architects, interior designers and real estate agents to showcase the most luxurious, ambitious, and awe-inspiring projects of the year.
Jenga Web won two other 5 star awards for the Tilisi Development for best mixed use in Kenya and for best development marketing in Kenya.
It also scooped two Highly Commended awards for Sultan Palace Beach Retreat; highly recommended as a leisure development in Kenya and highly recommend for its development marketing in Kenya.
The firm will now proceed to the international final to be held next month in London where it will be competing with the world’s best property professionals for the highest accolade awarded in the industry, of best in the world.

The International Property Awards, a world-renowned mark of excellence in the property sector, was started 20 years ago. The awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals and celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.
Hundreds of entries were received from companies in 16 countries across Africa and scrutinized by the judging committee comprising of a panel of 70 industry experts, chaired by Lord Best and Lord Caithness of the UK Parliament.
President of the International Property Awards Stuart Shield said the objective of these awards is to recognize excellence in the property industry worldwide and to promote an international standard.

All the top scoring 5-star winners from the continent will go forward for re-judging and represent Africa in the 2015 International Property Awards to be held in December. They will compete against other regional winners from Arabia, Europe, Canada, the Caribbean, USA, Central & South America, the UK and Asia Pacific to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.
