Saudia, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, has topped YouGov’s Best Brand Rankings in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the third consecutive year, achieving a remarkable score of 59.4.
YouGov’s evaluation was based on an index score that measures the overall brand health calculated by taking the average of the impression, quality, value, satisfaction, recommendation, and reputation scores of a company for the full year.
Essam Akhonbay, Vice President of Marketing at Saudia, said: “This recognition is a testament to Saudia’s unwavering commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, and we are honored to witness the successes of Saudia year after year.
“Achieving the top rank in this highly regarded index reflects our brand’s reputation as a carrier of choice. It mirrors our expertise in understanding and addressing the needs of our guests and providing them with best-in-class services.” He added.
Saudia’s consistent top ranking aligns with its dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. It also reaffirms the airline’s mission to serve as the Wings of Vision 2030, connecting guests from over 100 destinations across four continents.
