Simba Corp invests in After Sales support platform

Simba Corporation (Simba Corp.), which was awarded the SAME Tractors Franchise license earlier this year has confirmed the setup of a fully-fledged after sales operation comprised of a genuine spare parts center and nationwide mobile service coverage. These initiatives are intended to meet the demands of both existing and new customers. It is estimated that there are over four thousand SAME tractors in Kenya.

The SAME Genuine Spare Parts Centre, established at Simba Corp’s Agriculture Division headquarters in Nairobi, will feature a stockholding capacity of more than 5,000 line items of genuine manufacturer parts.

Building on its five decade history of providing unmatched product support for global brands, diversified business group, Simba Corp. has established the world class genuine spare parts Centre for SAME Tractors to guarantee customer satisfaction.

According to Simba Corp., Executive Director, Dinesh Kotecha, the local SAME Tractors re-launch plans, are proceeding on course, ahead of launch festivities scheduled to take place before the end of the year.

“Simba Corp Agriculture Division is a subsidiary of Simba Corp and we are sparing no resource to ensure that SAME Tractor owners will enjoy world class after sales support across our network,” Kotecha said. “Alongside the ongoing Genuine Spare Parts Centre set up, we have also invested heavily in technical training for our staff to enable them deliver the renowned SAME Tractors Quality of service,” he added.

The spare part center will facilitate the distribution of genuine spare parts and accessories to new and existing clients and is intended to improve and speed the delivery of customer service.

Commenting on the progress made ahead of the SAME Tractors re-launch in this market, Simba Corp Agriculture Division Brand Manager, Robin Schalch said: “We are very keen to spearhead this after sales platform for our customers. Our investment in providing exemplary After Sales support re-inforces our commitment towards being the leader in customer satisfaction”.

He further confirmed that the Simba Corp. Agriculture Division will provide backup support for SAME through Simba’s branches in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and Kisii as well as dealer network across the country for customers’ convenience. “If our customer is in Kisumu, they’ll only need to walk into our local showroom in Kisumu to access Genuine SAME spare parts” added Schalch. Simba Corp. has also appointed three dealers to commence sales of SAME tractors and OTMA implements namely, Automobile Warehouse (Nakuru, Eldoret), Multi-line (Nairobi) and Kentrac (Narok).
